This repetition and phrase alone may help you sleep. Breathe through your nose and out your mouth. As you do this, relax your muscles. Start at your toes by tensing the muscles and releasing them. Do this as you work your way all the way up to your neck.
You want your bed and your bedroom to be as cozy as imaginable. These few things are not hard to change or try. When it comes to overcoming insomnia any little change you make can help you fall asleep.
